Paula McMillan-Perez, MSW, LCSW is a first-generation Afro-Caribbean Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Social Work Systems & Workflow Strategist, and the host of the “Why Don’t We Talk About This?” Podcast. She has been working in the field for over ten years with a diverse area of expertise serving all age groups. Paula has specializations in Anxiety, ADHD, forensic social work, school social work, and trauma-informed practices, as well as administrative specialization in quality improvement, systems, and workflow streamlining for mental health clinicians.
She is the founder of Personalize Your Coaching, LLC which creates equitable access to coaching and consulting for community-based organizations and mental health professionals servicing communities of color. Paula is also the founder of Personalize Your Therapy, LCSW, PLLC which provides culturally sensitive and supportive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups as well as mediation, immigration evaluations, and professional development for mental health professionals.
